Learning paths
π§What learning paths does Ayman Academy offer?+
Ayman Academy is a full English learning platform. Each learning path is fully independent and has its own courses, practice, tests, and certificates. Current paths include STEP, IELTS, General English, Business English, and Kids English. New paths are added over time.
π―How do I choose the right learning path?+
Open Learning Tracks from the homepage, or take a free diagnostic inside your chosen module. The diagnostic recommends where to start based on your current level and goal.
πCan I switch between paths later?+
Yes. You can switch your active workspace anytime from the header. Your progress, attempts, and certificates for each path are saved independently.

π³How does the subscription work?+
You subscribe to the platform and unlock full access to the learning paths and features included in your plan β courses, question bank, practice, mock tests, adaptive testing, and certificates.

π¦How do I pay?+
We currently accept manual bank transfer. Upload your transfer receipt after subscribing and our team will activate your account within a short time. Online payment gateways will be added soon.
π§ΎCan I cancel or refund?+
You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of your paid period. For refund requests contact us via WhatsApp within the first 7 days.
Private classes
π€Do you offer private one-on-one classes?+
Yes. Private classes are available with Mr. Ayman for students who want a personal learning track β ideal for exam preparation, business English, or intensive coaching.

How do I book a private class?+
Book directly via WhatsApp using the βBook a Private Classβ button β we confirm your slot the same day.
π»Are classes online or in person?+
Both. Online classes run on Zoom (most efficient for screen-sharing and practice). In-person classes are available in Jeddah β Al Waha area, within about 15 minutes drive.
Using the platform
πWhich languages does the platform support?+
The interface supports Arabic and English. Educational content (passages, questions, scripts, vocabulary, and prompts) stays in English on purpose β that is how the exams are delivered.
πDo I get a certificate?+
Yes. You earn a verifiable certificate when you complete a course or pass an assessment above the passing score. Certificates can be viewed, printed, downloaded as PDF, and verified from a public link.
π±Can I use the platform on mobile?+
Yes β the platform works on any modern browser on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
πHow do I get help?+
Use the Contact page or reach out on WhatsApp. Our team usually replies within a few hours during working days.

STEP module β specific questions

β±οΈHow long is the STEP course?+
Depends on your current level and exam date. Typical intensive courses are 16β20 sessions (about 3 sessions per week, 1β1.5 hours each) β enough to cover tactics and heavy practice without stretching.
π―How do you teach STEP?+
Focused on fast-solving tactics and cracking question patterns β STEP is heavily time-based. Direct question analysis, latest question banks, and targeted follow-up on your weakest areas after every mock.
πAre there mock tests during the STEP course?+
Yes: a placement test, continuous assignments from recent question banks, and full simulation mocks to measure your speed and accuracy under real exam conditions.
